Admission for All B.Tech. Programs

Selection for admission to all Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) programs will follow a two-step process:

Karunya Entrance Examination (KEE) 2026 is mandatory for admission to all B.Tech. programs.

Single Window Counselling (SWC) 2026: Candidates who qualify in KEE 2026 will be eligible for participation in SWC’26. This centralized counselling process will determine the final program allocation based on merit and seat availability.

Application Process:

Candidates must submit an online application and participate in the Karunya Entrance Examination 2026 (KEE’26). Program allocation will be based on the KEE’26 rank through the Single Window Counselling 2026 (SWC’26) process.

Step 1: Initial Registration and Email Verification

Enter your basic details to register. You will receive a verification link in your registered email. Click the link to confirm your email and proceed to the next step.

Step 2: Login Access and Application Submission

After verifying your email, log in with the provided credentials to submit your application form along with the additional required details.

Step 3: Attend KEE’26 in Your Chosen Slot

KEE’26 will be conducted online. You’ll receive the examination link and login credentials via email before the test. Additional details are available on the KEE portal.

Step 4: Rank Notification

Candidate ranks based on KEE’26 scores will be posted on the admissions portal following the completion of Phase II of KEE, tentatively in April 2026.

Step 5: Counselling Registration

After KEE ranks are released, register for Single Window Counselling (SWC) on the admissions portal and submit your program preferences. Program allocation will be determined based on your rank, seat availability, and program category. Allocated program and payment instructions will be communicated to you directly.

Step 6: Fee Payment & Course Confirmation

To secure your allotted course, complete the fee payment as instructed.

Step 7: Enrolment and Class Commencement

Candidates with a minimum of 60% in PCM/PCB (as applicable) who have successfully completed the necessary payment will be enrolled online. Notifications regarding the commencement of classes will be informed.

Admissions for B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture Program

The Karunya Entrance Examination (KEE) 2026 is mandatory for admission to the B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture program.


Application Process:

Enter your basic details to register. You will receive a verification link in your registered email. Click  the link to confirm your email address, and proceed to the next step.

Step 2: Login Access and Application Submission

After verifying your email, log in with the provided credentials to submit your application form along with the additional required details.

Step 3: Attend KEE’26 in Your Chosen Slot

KEE’26 will be conducted online. You’ll receive the examination link and login credentials via email before the test. Additional details are available on the KEE portal.

Step 4: Provisional Admission

All selected candidates can complete the fee payment to secure provisional admission to their chosen program. Once the payment is successful, you will get a confirmation email to download your Provisional Admission order from the admission portal.

Step 5:Program confirmation

However, admission to the UG programs will be confirmed based on the candidate’s performance in the +2/HSC examination, with a minimum requirement of 60% marks.

Admissions for other UG Programs: B.Sc. / B.Com.

Admission to the above UG programs will be based solely on the applicant’s performance in the qualifying examination (+2/HSC or equivalent)

To secure provisional admission for your program choice, complete the fee payment. Once the payment is successful, you will get a confirmation email to download your Provisional Admission order from the admission portal.

Step 4: Program confirmation

However, admission to the UG programs will be confirmed based on the candidate’s performance in the +2/HSC examination, with a minimum requirement of 60% marks.
